Maand'lijksche borrel: Fortified wines

Tuesday October 11th, starting at 5 PM, you are all invited by fraternity "In Vino Veritas" to another Maand'lijksche borrel.
A veritable tasting will be held, in which various fortified wines will be served.
The fortification of wines extends the shelf life remarkably, and consequently was used for centuries to make long distance transportation of these wines possible.
To celebrate this memorable process, a selection consisting of both distilled wines and "Vin doux Natural" will be poured.
Naturally, a worthy assortment of traditional wines is served, in addition to, amongst others, delicious snacks and beautiful music.

Do not hesitate to join us - dressed appropriately - at GEWIS, in enjoying a smooth brandy or a fruity wine at GEWIS.
