Opening hours of GEWIS

During the academic year the GEWIS room is open from 8:30 until 17:00 (Monday-Friday).
During exam weeks the GEWIS room is open from 08:30 until 18:00 (Monday-Friday) and you can enjoy a cup of coffee, beer or board game! The board can be contacted by phone (+31 40 247 2815) or by email.
On info.gewis.nl you can see whether someone is present outside these hours.

Date of board meetings & Newsletter

During the first quartile the board meetings will be held on Thursdays.
Budgets and financial statements should be handed in two days before the board meeting (Tuesday evening) at the latest.
During this quartile the newsletter will be sent on Wednesday. Want to add something to this letter? Please supply your piece (via board@gewis.nl) Monday 12:00 at the latest.

GEWIS Advent of Code

Do you want to show off your programming skills to GEWIS and the rest of the world? Or do you want to learn a new programming language? Join Advent of code and solve a coding challenge each day between December 1st and December 24th. GEWIS has their own private leaderboard on gew.is/advent or join using the code 3194155-43f4d1c0. Be the first to submit and get the most points! Solving the most problems the fastest results in a nice prize! Of course you can also solve nice programming issues after Christmas. For that, simply go to the GEWIS GitHub and check out our open source projects. Most projects are maintained by the ApplicatieBeheerCommissie; feel free to reach out to us.
