ERROR 418 Karaoke & Tea

Dear members of GEWIS,

With the start of a new quartile comes a brand new activity of FYC ERROR 418: this time, we are turning up the volume. We will be hosting a karaoke night!! 🎤

It’s time to let loose. No more hiding that secret singing talent, we all want to hear you hit that high note (or try to, anyway) and put on your most amazing performance. Sing along bravely with the ‘refrein with a rolling r’ (chorus) and a little less bravely with the verses you barely know. We’re here for all the tunes from tea to tequila :) 🫖 If you have a request for a song already, make sure to tell us through the sign-up list down below!

Join us on this evening full of off-key vocals, guilty pleasures and great vibes, all while enjoying some free snacks. Whether you are just spectating as the chaos unfolds as an audience member or belting your heart out, there is a mic waiting for you. We would love to have you there.

Oh, and last but most certainly not least: during the activity, we couldn’t resist adding a little twist: there is a minigame! 🧩 In the beginning of the evening, you will receive a secret word. Get as many people as possible to say it throughout the night, the person who succeeds the most shall be rewarded. And yes, there are prizes to be won… so make sure to save the date.
