During this general members meeting, the following will take place:

• An update will be given by AVW191,
• The 42nd board will propose changes to the Eternal Decision list regarding the sponsoring updates at the GMMs,
• The 42nd board will present the Quarterly financial report,
• There will be an update on the procedure of making changes to the Eternal Decision list and Eternal Memorandum,
• The 41st board will present their Annual report,
• There will be a vote for changes to Internal regulations,
• Re-approval of a few GMM minutes sets,
• There will be a vote on incoming budgets.

The GMM will take place in English. Authorizations can be done online here.

Starting a week before the GMM is held you can indicate whether you want to receive printed documents at this meeting. To indicate which documents you would like to receive please use the first subscription list, titled 'Printing documents'. The deadline for this is the 27th of September at 12:00.
