GELIMBO Coffee Experience

GELIMBO has shown GEWIS several times already how to build the perfect Limburgian vlaai. But what do you drink with vlaai? If you look carefully in the GEWIS room you'll notice that GELIMBO matches these two products for a very long time. Exactly, coffee! To get GEWIS'ers more familiar with the most-consumed beverage in the world, GELIMBO presents: the Coffee Experience.

The Coffee Experience takes GEWIS'ers into the world of coffee cultures, coffee origins and the unlimited taste experiences coffee can offer.
Coffee is for many GEWIS'ers part of the student life. For many it is a remedy to survive a day full of lectures.
However, coffee is so much more than just a 'cup of comfort'!
During the 1,5h Coffee Experience all the tips & tricks of the trade will come across, and GEWIS'ers will experience several experiments with Dutch coffee performed from 1706 until today.

The workshop is completely in line with the current COVID measures for physical activities. You will do a coffee experience with a group of 8 people.
The workshop takes place on October 11 and 12 on the following time slots:
16:00-17:30, 18:00-19:30 and 20:00-21:30.

The location of the workshop is a 10-minute cycling distance away from the TU/e.

You can enter 2 preferred time slots on this subscription form. Among the participants that have subscribed before Wednesday September 22nd, we will perform a raffle (if applicable). Participants that are eliminated by raffling can choose another time slot that still has spots left, or they can be signed up for a spare list for an occupied time slot.
Participants that subscribe after Wednesday September 22nd can sign up for available time slots on a FCFS principle.
