At the moment GEWIS has a lot of physical archives in Het Voorraadhok. The board thinks that the archives can be purposed more effectively and noticed that the physical archives are barely touched. Therefore, we want to look into digitalizing old documents and possibly getting rid of documents that do not have any historical value or use.
During this brainstorm, we will discuss the different categories of documents and try to decide on a procedure for digitalizing documents and removal.
