Lustrum Gala

Dear GEWIS members,

You can buy your ticket for the Gala in honour of the 7th lustrum of GEWIS here. Only GEWIS members can buy a ticket, but feel free to bring a non-GEWIS member as date. Four different tickets can be bought: duo-ticket gala for 55 euro, duo-ticket gala including dinner for 125 euro, single-ticket gala for 30 euro, single-ticket gala including dinner for 65 euro. Of course all tickets are all inclusive, but don't forget to bring your ID card!

Dinner will be served in three courses. You can choose from either a fish or a meat menu. Please fill in the form accordingly for you and possibly your date. Any other dietary needs can be filled in as well.

If you have a dinner ticket you're welcome from 17.30h and dinner starts at 18.00h. Guests who only bought a gala ticket are welcome from 21.00h. If you can't make it on time, please let us know via lustrumgala@gewis.nl.

Please state in the form below which ticket you want and transfer the corresponding amount to NL22ABNA0528195913 tnv GEWIS with the description "Gala [ticket type] [name]", where you have to replace [ticket type] and [name] with respectively the ticket you want to buy and your own name. When the treasurer of GEWIS has recieved the money, you can pick up your ticket at one of the committee members (Aukje Boef, Nicky van den Berg, Vi Chu of Laura Kuntze).

Don't forget: dress up in white tie!

PS: The prices of the dinner are based on a minimum of 100 guests. If the amount of guests for dinner is below this number, we might decide to cancel the dinner. Of course you will get your money back if this happens.

UPDATE: It is also possible to choose a combination of fish-meat, for example a fish entree and meat main dish. If you would like something like that, please send an e-mail to lustrumgala@gewis.nl.
