Borrellecture Microsoft

Dear GEWIS'ers,

Thursday 14th of January there will be a borrellecture of Microsoft. From 13.45 Microsoft will start in Auditorium 7 with a presentation about Windows 7. During this session the innovations in the newest Windows version will be showed.

Hereafter there will be a presentation about XNA deepdive. Did you know that in C# you can write games for you Xbox? With XNA you can program games for your computer and Xbox. During this session you learn fast what XNA is and how you can use it quickly. After the basic principles, we will discuss some more advanced opportunities in XNA for programming 3D games.

The winners of the Dutch Imagine Cup will proceed with a presentation about their experiences of last year during the worldwide finals in Egypt. Furthermore they will explain how you can do the same this year.
