GEBALLMERPIEK is back again with a big surprise, the beerpong tournament! Together with your chosen teammate, you'll compete in the ultimate test of coordination, balance, strategy and the ability to blame someone else when things go wrong. Choose your teammate wisely as beerpong is a true team sport: sometimes you carry your partner, sometimes they carry you, and sometimes you just need a partner that will help with finishing the beerpong cups.

The tournament starts with a pool phase, where teams are grouped together and play their matches on moments that fit their schedules. To make this work, we ask you to indicate up to three weekdays on which you absolutely cannot play. Matches should be played with the teammate you signed up with, preferably at GEWIS, before 11th of March. You yourself are responsible for playing all matches. Participation in the pool phase is free, though you will of course need to provide your own beer.

The best teams from each pool will go to the finale evening. There will be glory, a prize for the winners, and eternal fame (at least until next year). Please note: if you sign up, you must be available on the evening of 18 March, as this is when the finale will take place. Participation in the finale requires a small contribution.

The rumors are true! After a very peaceful coup d’état, GEBALLMERPIEK is back!  
Of course, there is no other way to celebrate this than to stretch our wrists, polish the balls and organize another GEBALLMERPIEK Beerpong tournament!. So, are you the best at making up excuses, blaming your teammate and drinking beer? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you to prove yourself!  

We want to invite you to show that you are the best at the sport of sports: Beerpong! To do so, we have organized a tournament for you and your best friend to compete together. We will start with a pool phase where you will compete against other teams in your own pool, on dates of your own choice. Subscribing to the pool phase is free but you will have to pay for your own beer. Show off your perfect aim and your creative trickshots to win as many games as possible to qualify for the final. 

Only the best teams, those who top their pools will reach the final. This is where we will conclude on a single day and give the competing teams a chance to prove that they truly are the best duo. The winners will get a prize and will obviously be remembered for eternity.

Have you made a new year's resolution about wanting to exercise more, but do you still find yourself struggling to get out of bed before 16:00? GEBALLMERPIEK is here to offer you a solution! Beerpong is the perfect sport for numerous reasons:

1. For starters, it's a team sport that helps you prepare for all your future DBL assignment groups: Only one person in the team is actually doing all the work, while the other(s) make you question why you even enrolled in the first place. However, even if you or your team mate is not a beerpong pro, the other one can easily carry you out of the groups phase to that spectacular finale.

For this edition we ask you to fill in at most two weekdays on which you know you will never be able to play your matches, and we will try to arrange the groups in such a way that hopefully all matches can be played. You are expected to play all matches with the team mate you subscribe with before the end date of this activity, preferable at GEWIS.

If you subscribe to this activity you must be available in the evening of the 24th of April, as this will be the date of the finale!

There once was a time one had to go to ancient Greece to participate in the Olympics, and had to be blessed with the strength of the gods. Luckily this is no more. Do you seek eternal fame? Do you want to go down in history with greatness the likes of which we haven’t seen since Coroebus of Elis, Leonidas of Rhodes and tEun & Tboin? GEBALLMERPIEK is bringing the Beer Olympics back to Eindhoven this year, so make sure you are in top athletic condition in order to win all the different kind of beer related games we will play! On September 26th the second iteration of the beer Olympics will be held on Koeveld (in front of Auditorium) from 17:00 untill around 21:30. In order to sign up, form a team together with 1 other person and who knows, if you do well you might get to play in the big finale for a grand prize. Drinks for the games will be provided and are included in the activity costs, any additional sidebeers can be purchased during the activity. Sign up now!

Over one year ago GEBALLMERPIEK hosted a beer games tournament, in which two of GEBALLMERPIEKs own members were crowned victorious. The time has come to attempt to dethrone the kings, as finally there is going to be a new beer pong tournament! Gather your ultimate beer pong buddy and get ready to completely 10-0 your opponents!

After the sign-up deadline all teams will be divided into groups in which you play against every other team once. After all of the pre-games there will be a knock-out finale on the 17th of June, where the best teams in each of the groups will battle against each other for the ultimate prize and of course the title!

The pre-games within your group are your own responsibility. You have to plan and play them before the 5th of June, and you pay for your own beers. After a match, the scores need to be communicated to GEBALLMERPIEK@gewis.nl .

The pre-games can be played anywhere from the moment the group phase is announced up until the 5th of June. More info about the finale will be given later. We zijn weer terug! Na 6 maanden van thuisisolatie komt GEBALLMERPIEK weer terug naar de campus om voor jou een uitdagende maar vooral gezellig bierspellen toernooi te organiseren! Op maandag 28 september, van 17.00 tot 20.00, krijg je de kans om op de campus vier bierspellen te spelen in een team van twee. En ja zeker, als jouw team verliest, zul je ook wat biertjes moeten drinken. Zijn je teamgenoot en jij legendarisch en verslaan jullie de andere teams, dan ga je door naar de grote finale. Deze zal bestaan uit een groot spel beerpong: BucketBall! Het enige wat je hoeft te doen is een teamgenoot zoeken, je inschrijven via de GEWIS-website en maandag 28 september wat vechtlust meenemen!

Als er voor de deadline meer dan 12 teams staan ingeschreven zal er een loting plaatsvinden.

Ook in Q3 organiseren we een spannnend beerpong toernooi organiseren voor jullie. Het toernooi werkt precies zoals de vorige edities! Dat betekent, de wedstrijden van de poulefase zul je zelf moeten plannen. Zorg dat je voor 23 maart al je wedstrijden van de poulefase hebt gespeeld, want dan is de finaleavond!

Schrijf je daarom snel in, dan kunnen we snel beginnen met strijden! Vergeet niet ook een teamnaam in te vullen, anders is je inschrijving niet geldig!

Omdat SCIFI opgehouden is met bestaan hebben wat springlevende en super leuke oudere leden een nieuwe commissie opgezet om toch een beerpong toernooi te hebben. Echter is dit wel met een andere structuur! Er is plek voor 17 teams die worden opgedeeld in poules. In de poule fase mag je zelf je wedstrijden plannen met de andere teams en deze dan uitvoeren, de score moet wel worden door gegeven aan de commissie. De beste twee van elke poule gaan door naar de knock-out avond maar daar later meer over.

TL;DR In de poule fase betaal je zelf je bier en plan je zelf je wedstrijden.
