The official mega End-of-year Photo Pubquiz is finally here! We know our biggest fans have been waiting for this quite a while, and we are proud to announce that you can now officially subscribe! This year it will be even bigger, better, and more fun than previous editions.

Through a number of rounds you will be quizzed on activities, events and more from the past year. All through our favorite medium: "Photography". Who will get the most correct answers? Will you recognize all activities from your attendance, or from stalking your favorite crush? Socialites and creeps are all welcome. Grab your favorite friends, or your biggest enemies from the past year. You can sign up in groups of 3 people! For older years it is free, and first years get a 43% discount!

We will arrange some snacks, to ensure you are only hungry for the victor(y) ;) Drinks can be bought via SudoSOS.

Have you ever needed a professional picture for you LinkedIn profile or for your CV? Or do you already have such a picture, but you need a newer one? Then this activity is perfect for you!

GEFLITST will have a professional photoshoot, perfect for pictures that you might need for your CV or any other professional documents. The photoshoot will be held in the Market Hall in front of MetaForum and one of our experienced members will take high quality pictures that will be edited and uploaded, so you can use them for anything you might need! 

Since we have limited time we have several timeslots. Please fill in your preferred timeslot when registering for the activity.  Because of limited time we can't guarantee that you will be given your preferred timeslot but we will try to our best to accommodate everyone. There is a capacity of 30 people and the subscription works on a first-come first-serve basis.

At the university of technology that TU/e is, we sometimes miss a little creativity and fantasy. Have you always wanted to share your crazy ideas, bring out your figments of imagination, and do you love to be behind a camera and capture fantastic things with it? Then this is your event! People from different FSE photography committees have bundled their powers to set up TU/e’s first photo competition: Picture Perfect! There are 5 separate categories you can choose to submit pictures, namely, people, perspective, nature, architecture, and product. For each category, you are allowed to submit just one photo. Each year, the competition has a theme, which all the photos are encouraged to be connected to somehow. This year, the theme is Fantastic Photography! Are you excited to join this competition and show what you are capable of? Then make sure to send in your photos! Note that you can subscribe as a group and as an individual. Ken je dat gevoel dat je op de GEWIS site naar je eigen foto's kijkt, en dat de foto's van de carnavalsborrel van vorig jaar behoorlijk prominent op de eerste pagina staan? Of dat gevoel dat je eigenlijk geen goede, recente profielfoto meer hebt voor je GEWIS profiel? Of dat je de hele dag op je kamer zit en je je dagelijkse sleur eventjes wilt doorbreken? Wij ook! Gelukkig is GEFLITST hier om te helpen! "Normaal" zouden wij al twee photobooths opgezet hebben, maar dit jaar maar liefst 0. Daarom organiseren wij op vrijdag 26 maart een outdoor drive-in photobooth in de Karpendonkse Plas! Het is heel simpel: je schrijft je in op de GEWIS site en kiest een tijdslot in de Doodle om met een maatje op de foto te gaan. Je zoekt thuis wat leuke attributen, stopt ze in je tas, neemt ze mee naar de Karpendonkse Plas en gaat ermee op de foto (en je met je maatje natuurlijk)! Vervolgens zal GEFLITST deze pareltjes der beeldkunst ouderwets bewerken en publiceren op de GEWIS website! Zo heb je eigenlijk weer een toffe foto voor op je GEWIS profiel, en ben je weer een keertje buiten geweest. De fotografen zullen tijdens de activiteit gepaste afstand houden en de coronamaatregelen in acht nemen. Zorg ervoor dat je niet te veel voor je tijdslot aanwezig bent of te lang blijft plakken na je tijdslot, zodat er geen groepsvorming ontstaat. Bij (echt) slecht weer zullen we de activiteit afblazen. De exacte locatie van de photobooth wordt donderdagavond per mail verzonden, dus vergeet je niet in te schrijven op de GEWIS website. Tot dan! De tijd is eindelijk gekomen voor GERONIMO’s eerste alleenstaande activiteit! Op 23 mei geven we de leden van GEWIS het gevoel van het Wilde Westen om de frustraties van de voorgaande week eens lekker van ons af te schieten. Dit keer blijft de piñata even buiten schot en richten we onze lasergeweren op een hulpeloze doch high-tech kleiduif. Schrijf je in met een team van 5 om de strijd aan te gaan met je medestudenten en raak de kleiduif recht in de roos! De kosten zijn 7,50 per persoon en in verband met een minimum aantal deelnemers is het inschrijven = betalen.
