IDT Engineering Advisor at Shell

The IDE Advisor supports the IDE Partners to identify, realize, and protect value across the IDT business portfolios. The role drives rigor and discipline in driving the data and insights on resourcing requests fulfilment, demand delivery and provides insights on future IDE capabilities and skills needs.

The IDE Advisor in agreement with the IDE Partner can also take on demand shaping and proposes the right fulfilment methodology.
Key components of the role include:

• Understands the business vision and strategy and the relevant technology standards
• Identifies and supports the IDE Partner’s key Stakeholders
• Displays the requisite behaviors to drive Portfolio fulfilment of target KPIs. IDE
• Supports and facilitates, in close coordination with ERM, the identification and fulfilment of IDE Resource Management Plans
• Contributes to IDE Partner activities by gathering and providing data-driven insights.
• Gathers and provides Portfolio business Intelligence and insights
• Is Innovative
