What exactly are the Parent Days?

A lot of parents actually have no idea what their kid does at university. They hear stories from time to time, but that doesn't make them much wiser. That's why study association GEWIS has been organizing Parent Days since 2012: days created especially for parents of Computer Science and Engineering students and Applied Mathematics students.During these days the parents can get a taste of what it is like to study at the Eindhoven University of Technology. A special program has been drawn up which lasts approximately one whole workday. Among other things, guest lectures will be given, some alumni will talk about their time at TU/e and a chance will be given to apply your new gained knowledge from the lectures to actual problems.
