During this general members meeting, the following will take place:

• Quarterly financial and sponsoring report,
• Candidate board,
• Member changes Audit Committee,
• Continuation of fraternities,

Relevant documents can be found on this page or will become available online as soon as possible. Agenda points can be digitally sent to the board via board@gewis.nl.

The GMM will take place in English. Authorizations can be done online here.

Starting a week before the GMM is held you can indicate whether you want to receive printed documents at this meeting. To indicate which documents you would like to receive please use the first subscription list, titled 'Printing documents'. The deadline for this is the 6th of May at 12:00.

If you want to have dinner at the before the GMM, please indicate so in the subscription list titled 'Dinner'. In the list you can choose between a meat and a vegetarian option. The dinner will start at 17:00. After subscription deadline, we will send out an email containing more infromation for the dinner.

Take note: Joining the dinner means joining the GMM afterwards.
