During this general members meeting, the following will take place:

• There will be an update from our Career Development Officer.
• There will be an update from the Advisory Board. There will also be a member change within the Advisory Board.
• The 41st board will present their Semi-Annual report. This includes the board policy, personal letters of the board, and the semi-annual financial report.
• The 41st board will present a rebudget of GEWIS for the year 2022-2023. The rebudget entails a change from including VAT to excluding VAT on all posts. There will be a vote about this budget.
• Multiple budgets will be discussed and there will be a vote on these budgets. One of these budgets is about buying a party tent for GEWIS. This will be presented by the 41st board of GEWIS. Furthermore, B.O.O.M. has sent in a letter with the request for extra money for their outdoor weekend.

Relevant documents can be found online or will become available online as soon as possible on this page.

Agenda points can be sent to the board in a digital fashion via board@gewis.nl. This can be done at most four days in advance. The GMM will take place in English.

One week before the GMM is held you can indicate whether you want to receive printed documents at this meeting. To indicate which documents you would like to receive please use the first subscription list, titled 'Printing documents'. The deadline for this is the 12th of February at 23:59.

It is also possible to join us for dinner at 17.15h in the GEWIS room. We will order Fuso Wok. You can add your "Wok"-dish on the "Fuso Wok" sign-up list on this activity before 14.00h on the 13th of February. You can pay using debit/credit card.
