Lecture: Rise and shine

Dear GEWIS members,

Have you ever wondered why your housemate can just jump out of his bed after hearing the buzzer, while you need 20 minutes of waking up in the warmth of your bed (and 3 times the buzz of the buzzer). Then subscribing for this lecture is a great chance to improve your rise and shine skills!
