Every year, the ten study associations from the TU/e, united in the FSE, organize a day activity together. Traditionally this is a large-scale drink called the ‘Borrel XL’ in which all the study associations drink together. The drink, that takes place on Tuesday, 23th of May 2017, replaces the Thursday drink as this drink cannot be held due to Ascension later that week. The drink lasts from 16:00 to 20:00 and starting from 16:00 music will be taken care of by our DJ’s Maarten Klijn and Rik Broers. From 18:00 on, our bands Bottoms Up and MAVO will take over. During the whole drink it is possible to obtain food, namely pizza and fries.
Prior to the Borrel XL, the Lounge XL will take place. This will start at 12:30 and here a variety of games can be played in a relaxed atmosphere. With these games, tokens can be earned for the Borrel XL. Apart from that, during the lunch break there will be free lemonade and upon purchase of tokens for the Borrel XL a free hamburger will be given!
