The BAC "Jagers" were pondering what to arrange for the "borrelaars" during the summer.

With this beautiful weather, we can think of only one thing: a picnic-style borrel! Sitting cosily on a blanket in the sunshine with a delicious treat, it doesn't get more romantic than that. To make the occasion even more fun, we’ve also arranged some themed drinks!

For just €1.95, you can treat yourself to a delightful Aperol Spritz! And if that’s not quite to your taste, we also have a scrumptious Limoncello Spritz available for €1.95.

Naturally, we’ve also arranged some tasty snacks for the picnic. While some nibbles are already being handed out, we’ve prepared wraps for the hungrier "hertjes" among you: a delicious chicken or vegetarian wrap for just €1.05.

Enjoy a boiler-room-esque borrel with live DJs, moody lights, dancing, and an amazing borrelcard with performative drinks you need. Enjoy the feminist literature corner or show off your best performative outfit. Speaking of an outfit, make sure to bring sunglasses, your 24K gold labubu, and multiple rings per finger. Feel free to bring your feminist literature, throwaway camera, or wired headphones. Of course, don't bring your bags or jackets that you won't wear during the entire borrel for fire safety (even though your outfit will be fire af).

This thursday Vibe Academy Group will be at the borrel, come have a chat with them en maybe even sign up to one of their traineeships. The borrel will be outside on the field in front of Luna, come enjoy the nice weather with us and enjoy a free drink as there will be a free keg!

We will drink to donate to two charities. You can help determine which two charities by completing the form below.

There will be multiple ways to donate to the charity. There will be a few free kegs, where you can still buy your beers as a donation.

In addition, we will hold a raffle and an auction with donated items from GEWIS members and the BAC. You can also donate nice items yourself, which you can also enter in the forms.

Finally, you can sign up for certain actions that you will perform for a certain donated amount. Think of this, for a total of 5 euros I fold 1 container. For a total of 10 euros, two containers, etc. You can also indicate this in the forms.

On this festive Friday, we’ll stock the fridges to the brim with (Christmas) special beers. In addition to the trusted regular bottles, we’ll also provide generous 75cl-bottles perfect for sharing with your best friends.

Traditionally, the BAC is once again organizing the annual Christmas gala borrrrel!

This year, this borrel will take place on December 18th, of course in the GEWIS room. 

A delicious welcome drink will be ready for you and during the borrel you can have your picture taken in our photo booth. Therefore, make sure you wear appropriate evening wear so that you look beautiful in the photos! For the rest of the borrel you can enjoy unlimited prosecco in addition to our regular drinks. 

From all of that, you can of course get hungry. Because of this, after the great success of last year, there will be breadjes stoof (or for the vegetarians breadjes caprese) for sale during the borrel.

Wat do biking and gezelligheid have in common?

That's right! Both are better with beer.

These three beautiful concepts can be found on the BAC beerbikes, together we will bike through Eindhoven with beer, music and a festive atmosphere.

For €27,50 you will be provided with 2 hours of beerbiking and the possibility to drink beer during it.

We will depart our journey from the P+R Fuutlaan, but we will also be leaving from GEWIS with a group at 16:15 to the location.

Do you not drink alcohol? Laf, but don't worry, we also need two drivers who will not drink and be controlling the beerbikes. The drivers do need a valid drivers license. Does this sound like something for you? Then sign up as driver on the subscription list. If there are more than two interested people, we will come together with the potential drivers and come to a conclusion. The drivers only pay €5 for the activity and will be provided with soda.

There is a limit of 32 participants (including drivers), in the case of more subsciptions we will  decide  on a first come first serve basis.

Think you’ve got talent? Or at least think you’ve got something? Then this is your stage.

At GEWIS GOT TALENT, you can show off any act your heart desires. Maybe you can behind-the-8-ball cleanly into a Zen rollover with your balisong, drop a flawless Double Infinity on a pen, juggle Grolsch bottles or fold a bak. Perhaps you’re more  into singing the entire GEWIS song, or do you just want someone, anyone, to appreciate that you’ve memorized your OLL algorithms?

A highly professional jury (read: the BAC) will evaluate your performance based on flair, execution, and how many fingers you can still count after. Moreover, it's not just for the fame! There are actual prizes!

So grab your props, your courage, and maybe a towel for the stage, this is your moment to shine.

After almost a year of studying and telling your parents how much you loved your time here, especially the BAC borrels, it is time to let your parents experience the same. On the 23th of October the BAC will organize the 'Os pa en ma borrel', which is Brabants for 'Dad and mom borrel'. As the name explains, you can bring your parents to enjoy a nice cold Grolsch (or a cold soda!) together with your fellow studymates. So invite your parents and come have a beer with them!

From Tuesday the 22nd of April till Tuesday the 22rd of May, you can send a free paper-invitation in the form of a postcard to your siblings and let them know how much fun they're in for! Hi Borrelaars!

On Thursday, May 8th, it will be that time again, the Thursday of the BAC Lustrumweek! And what would the BAC be if there was no drink on Thursday?

This year we go back to basics, but in a big jacket. With a sizable drink card in your pocket and a nice classic drink in your hand, it is a recipe for socializing and entertainment!

Attention beer lovers! In honor of the lustrum the BAC will organise a craft beer tasting. Let your taste buds be surprised by a carefully selected set of special beers. The selection is made based on 3 categories: Uniqueness, accessibility, and drinkability. Whether you are a hardened beer expert or are just in for a good time: this is the chance to enjoy some craft beers together that you've probably never had before!

Of course, these beers will go together with a fitting snack. Furthermore, for each of the beers, a short, interesting story will be told about the brewery, the beer and/or the brewing process.

Included in the price are 5 craft beers and the accompanying snacks.

NOTE: there is a limited initial capacity of 40; which may be increased to 48.

On Tuesday, May 6th, you’ll have the unique chance to etch your own glass in the GEWIS room. Anything is possible (depending of course your drawing skills); think of: your name, or “if you’re reading this…” or the logo of your favorite football club.

So bring your own glass or buy one for €5 from us via SudoSOS (note: limited stock, so first come, first served!) and drop by between 11:00 and 16:30 to etch your glass. And most importantly, don’t forget to test out your masterpiece at the bar afterward!

After last year's success, we had to. If Feestcafé "De BAC" is so great, where is the sequel? At GEWIS of course, on February 6th 2025! Howeverrrrr instead of renovating into a cheap Dutch party pub, the GEWIS room will now change into a true 70s Disco (with some modern flair that falls under the laws of artistic freedom)! With a beautiful radje, an unexpected snack, music as old as our parents, and of course many, many lights, it will be the best possible evening to finish your exam weeks!

To keep the borrel activity accessible for everyone, we will not ask money at the door. Also, the beer price will not change and stay at the low price of €1 (you do not see that at Stratumseind!). To still have some income, the BAC is organizing a fundraiser. Everyone who contributes €10 or more, receives an exclusive Feestcafé "De BAC" - 70s Disco Edition VIP card, which works with SudoSOS! (max 100pcs, first come first served) You can contribute using SudoSOS. With the income of the fundraiser, the BAC will rent a disco floor!!!

Are you excited for summer, man?

The BAC is excited for summer, man! And how can you better enjoy summer than with a beach? Well, by not having to bike all the way to Best! For us, even walking to the IJzeren Man is too far. No, for this ultimate summer experience, you don't even have to leave the campus!

But do you know what the problem is with most beaches? Sand! We don't like sand. It's coarse and rough and annoying, and it gets everywhere. However, the whole beach lounging thing is pretty great.

Can you picture it: beach chairs, cocktails, beer that doesn't cost 8 euros, Desperados, music, and more. That's why the BAC presents the perfect solution for everyone who really wants to enjoy summer: the "Strand zonder Zand" Party.

Can you already see yourself in a beach chair with an ice-cold Desperados or a cocktail, enjoying Playa del Atlas at its finest! Then be sure to come on August 15th with your sunglasses to the best beach without sand.

About a month ago the BAC had a fantastic time behind the bar at the BorrelXL. Here one could enjoy delicious beer, viper, soft drinks but also wine. Unfortunately, the latter was not enjoyed as much and so the BAC has an abundance of wine (after a mistake by the buyer).

Now we are not I.V.V and we just want to have an abundance of beer. That's why we decided to sell it for a promotional price of €5.00 per bottle. You can walk up to a BAC member to see if they can grab a few bottles for you.
