Vibe Academy organizes complex and exclusive traineeships for highly educated graduates within IT. Vibe Academy is part of the Vibe Group, a recruitment & consultancy company that has already connected more than 10,000 IT engineers and 3,000 customers. You will be trained to become an expert in 18 months. You will be paired with a project at one of our partners before you start, so we can start your training with focus from day one.

IT Traineeship

Before you start, you already know exactly where you will be working and in what role. The traineeships are always specialized and focused on the specific needs of our partners. For example, you will be trained as a cyber security engineer, data engineer, ERP consultant or functional administrator. Using a dynamic mix of workshops, practical cases and self-study, we make you project-ready in a short time in order to get off to a flying start at your client.

What are we looking for in a match?

·         An (almost) completed bachelor or master

·         Interest in software and data engineering or IT consultancy

·         You have analytical and process-oriented thinking skills

·         You are motivated and you really want to go for it

We offer you:

·         Salary of €3.300 - €3.500 per month
