Ouderdagcommissie
The OuderdagenCommissie (Parent Days Commission), is the one and only sjaarzencommission. Every year a group of first years (accompanied by some actual capable GEWIS
'ers) organise days in which everyone's parents are invited to see the campus. They will get lectures on those awful Auditorium seats which make you stiff as a board, and get a campus tour like none of us have ever seen before, where they see all the beautiful buildings, none of which any of their children are ever in! Finally, they will be subjected to far too difficult exercises, so basically the experience of a first years student. And that is exactly what we want! To give the parents some insight into the life of their son or daughter on the TU/e.
