Christmas is just around the corner, and Défi is here to get you in the festive mood!
On December 15th, we’re collaborating with S.P.V. Blue to organise a Sensual Christmas Pole Workshop that’s all about movement, confidence, and fun!
During the workshop you'll learn a fun polechoreography to a Christmas song. No need to worry if you do not have any polefitness experience, this workshop will mostly focus on flow, sensuality and (floor) dance. You will leave this workshop feeling confident and sexy, which we from Défi aim to bring to the people of GEWIS. Bonus: it will also prepare you for the holiday spirit.
The best part, is that the workshop will be given by the current Dutch Champion Pole Sport Astrid Hoekstra!
We have two timeslots for the workshop, please indicate your preferred slot when signing up.
