GMM 194

During this general members meeting, the following will take place:

• An update will be given by AVW191,
• An update will be given by our Career Development Officer,
• The 41st board will propose a change to the Internal Regulations to update Internal Affairs Officer related matters. There will be a vote about this change to the IR,
• We will decide upon the continuation of the fraternities with a vote,
• The 41st board will present their quarterly financial report,
• The candidates of the 42nd board will present the updated version of their board policy and continuous board policy, and
• An election will be held where members can stand for election to the 42nd board of GEWIS. Here they will also get the opportunity to present themselves. From the presented members, a new board will be elected. A voting committee will also be installed for this matter.

One week before the GMM is held you can indicate whether you want to receive printed documents at this meeting. To indicate which documents you would like to receive please use the first subscription list, titled 'Printing documents'. The deadline for this is the 15th of May at 12:00.

For this GMM, you will not be able to order any food with us.
