Keuken with I.V.V Volume IV

Dear Members of GEWIS,

The lockdown is disappearing little by little, which means that the hospitality industry can once again flourish in its original state. A nice benefit is that this way we can go to a restaurant for a while. Unfortunately, this also means that our wallets get empty the more we seek out the conviviality.

But not to worry, Hèt Dispuut "In Vino Veritas" is here to offer a solution for this tragic fact, without compromising on the front of sociability nor quality of food. I.V.V presents (probably for the very last time) the established and legendary "Keuken with I.V.V"! This time the tender buddies of Hèt Dispuut will present delicious dishes that are themed around the use of squid. Explanations will be given live on how to dissect and process such a slippery friend into an edible and delicious restaurant-quality dish.

This online spectacle will take place on the usual medium of Twitch (twitch.tv/hetdispuut) and will start on Friday, February 18, around the clock of 5 (?). The registration list will open on Wednesday, February 9 and will close on Sunday, February 13, 23:59. I.V.V will make sure that some hard to get ingredients, including the squid itself, can be picked up (or will we be delivering?). The rest of the ingredients, which can be read in the recipe list that will soon be online, you will have to buy yourself for a negligible amount.
