Lustrum GALAxy

Dear GEWIS members, The lustrum committee GR8-TIMES would like to invite you to the lustrum gala on June 18, 2022. This wonderful event will take place in the wooded hills of Berg en Dal with the theme GALAxy. This activity would not have been possible without our sponsors Wolfpack and DSW. Tickets will cost €100 for studying GEWIS members. For external parties and GEWIS members who are not studying, the costs will be €147.50. Please note that if you buy an extra ticket, we assume this will be a ticket for an external or non-studying member. If this is not the case, please email lustrum@gewis.nl. For this price we offer the following: - a luxurious three-course dinner, - unlimited beer, wine, Jägermeister, Apfelkorn, and soda, - a party until the early hours with several spectacular artists, - small snacks throughout the night, - an overnight stay in a four-star hotel with a bathtub, - breakfast, - For an additional cost of ~€10, transport will also be arranged from Eindhoven and back. The program starts at 6 pm and it is possible to check in at the hotel from 4 pm (with many registrations we will use this second hotel, there will then be shuttle buses running all evening). The dress code is black tie but a long evening dress and dress suit are encouraged. In the run-up to the activity, there will be fitting moments where the gentlemen can measure and buy a dress suit. There will also be dance and etiquette workshops to get everyone fully ready for the weekend, more information about this will follow later. Of course, a gala also includes a date. Pink and blue letters will be placed in the GEWIS room so that someone can be asked to the gala using official etiquette.
