The world is confronted with the coronavirus for over a year. In response, we faced measures that drastically curtail our freedoms for months. The consequences are noticeable in many areas. Last but not least, the effects of this put pressure on our (psychological) well-being. You may also recognize this. For example, you can suffer from feelings of loneliness, less (study) motivation, and concentration. Perhaps you are worried about your health or that of others, and you are sleeping less well, feel uncertain about the (near) future, worried about your studies, or experience feelings of sadness and tension.
If you recognize these kinds of feelings, Pattern, GEWIS and the academic advisors encourage you to attend the Masterclass "Support your Well-being in times of Covid-19"! This masterclass examines insights, strategies, and tips that can help you support your well-being during this exceptional situation with which we all are being confronted.
The masterclass is online and is offered twice for M&CS-students. You can register yourself via this form; you will receive a link via email to join shortly before the masterclass. Please also let us know via the registration form if you would like to attend a masterclass, but you are not available on the offered timeslots.
