The Great GEWIS Game

Hello fellow Computer Science and Mathematics students,

It’s almost the start of a new school year and after this long holiday it’s time to get back out
there and socialize! We, the members of the FYS (First Year Support) committee, have
therefore planned a fantastic ONLINE activity for you all to enjoy. This activity will take place
in the first week of September and it’s called The Great GEWIS Game.

The game is simple: Every 10 minutes you and your team, with whom you’ll be video calling,
will get handed over a theme which will then need to be portrayed using the objects in your
rooms. The teams will consist of 8-9 team members, however you can only sign up with at
most 2 other people so that our new members can try and get acquainted with the more
“experienced” members within GEWIS.

If this doesn’t sound like an exciting chance to meet new people then we don’t know what is!
So do subscribe to the first activity that has ever been planned by the FYS committee.
