Because of the Corona crisis we are forced to hold this GMM in an online environment. We have chosen Discord because we can verify people being GEWIS members the best using this platform. A special room will be made for the GMM in the GEWIScord, which you can join via this link: https://discord.gg/xumZZPY

Once you are in, you need to reply this email to me before Monday April 20, 11:59 a.m. with the following three pieces of information:

• Your name and membership number
• Your Discord ID, consisting of your username and numerical id, like this: discordName#1234
• The date stated on your profile on the GEWIS site in the column ``Last membership change''.

Only you can see this last detail, so it is needed for verifiability. Once you have sent these and they check out, you will be given a new `role' in the server on Monday which you will need to join the AV room.
Voting will be done through online forms.

During this meeting, the proposal for the seventh function of the candidate thirty-ninth board will be discussed. We will take a look at the budget of the GEZWEM weekend and the GEMOLD weekend. Furthermore, the financial statement of the NWERC, the GEZWEM weekend, the ATHENA weekend and the GEMOLD weekend will be discussed.

The GMM will take place in English.
