On Saturday the 4th of February a new group of Erasmus Exchange students will join our lovely University. As GEWIS we have the privilege to give them an introduction about the Dutch Culture and the TU/e. In order to get the Exchange Intro to be a succes, we need a buddy for every exchange students.
A buddy gets into contact with the student before he or she arrives in the Netherlands. The exchange student then has the opportunity to ask questions about anything. Besides mailing the person you will meet your buddy on the 4th of February and have an amazing day together.
During the day you will have a small talk by the faculty, followed by a talk about the Dutch culture (given by an exchange student). Afterwards there is a lunch, after which there are some games planned. Around 16:00 the games will be finished and we will start a SCIFI themed Pub Quiz, followed by food and drinks. At the end of the day we are going to party at Stratum!
We need at least 15 buddies and I hope you can be part of them! If you do not want to become a buddy, but want to be present during the day, you are welcome to help. Please note that all drinks and food will be free of charge.
