The opening of the academic year marks the official start of the new year at the Eindhoven University of Technology. The ceremony is for all students and staff and is celebrated and organized by both groups.
In 2014, the opening ceremony takes place on Monday, September 1st at 4 pm in the Hall Auditorium of Eindhoven University of Technology.
‘Your expedition x our excellence’ is the theme of the ceremony. Karl Dittrich, chairman VSNU and Lieven Scheire, comedian, are guestspeakers. Detailed information is included in the invitation. There will be livestream registration. In due time the link will be available here.
