About this activity

Every day, millions of users rely on millions of (unsafe) passwords, each one up for grabs by criminals as tokens to unlock vast amounts of data. A password is - in fact - nothing more or less than a secret. Still, we prefer to risk leaks and protect accounts by sharing our secrets with the internet. If you start sharing your secret, can it still be considered a secret?

During this session, Mark van der Linden – Software Architect at iO, will take you through a multitude of security measures that don’t rely on the use of passwords. Let’s amp up security and hold on to simplicity. Welcome to the age of passwordless authentication.
