ODPi Egeria is one of the open-source projects that ING is actively contributing to. We want to achieve the vision of making metadata open and automatically exchanged between tools and data platforms, no matter which vendor they come from.

On top of that, Egeria provides various customer-centric metadata services according to enterprise data strategies.

During this lunch lecture, we will start with an introduction to Egeria and address how this open metadata standard with an automated platform transforms ING into a real data-driven company along with a practical use case.
