During this general members meeting, the following will take place:

• An update will be given by AVW191,
• The 42nd board will propose changes to the Eternal Memorandum regarding the sponsoring updates at the GMMs. There will be a vote on implementing these changes.
• The 42nd board will present a contract for a collaboration with Stadscafé Spijker. There will be a vote on if the board is allowed to sign such a contract.
• The Advisory Board will give an update on the current status.
• There will be a vote about installing and discharging members from the Advisory Board.
• There will be a vote about installing new members to the KCC24.
• There will be a vote on some budgets

Starting a week before the GMM is held you can indicate whether you want to receive printed documents at this meeting. To indicate which documents you would like to receive please use the first subscription list, titled 'Printing documents'. The deadline for this is the 26th of September at 12:00.
