Who are we?
Twenty years ago, TOPdesk was founded in Delft by two students who wanted to make a difference. Their goal? Help others improve their service delivery â€“ with simple and user-friendly software. Today, TOPdesk has grown from 2 to 900 employees, and from a small office to branches in 11 different countries.
What do we do?
We make standard software for departments such as IT, HR, and FM. Their work is also known as service management. These departments use TOPdesk for an overview of their tasks and to register and resolve customer questions and requests.
TOPdesk is market leader in The Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Worldwide, over 4,500 organizations use our software: from profit and non-profit organizations to government institutions, consultancy agencies, and multinationals.
What are we looking for?
