Moving Number Crunching Applications to Cloud Native Platforms

We are looking for young talent willing to contribute in our applied research in Cloud Native Technologies. Currently we are especially interested in moving High Performance Computing (HPC) workloads from bare metal to the cloud. We don’t just lift and shift but optimize both the applications and their infrastructure to monetize on the capabilities of cloud computing.

Who are you?
We are looking for candidates:

• who are creative;
• who like problem solving;
• who are able to bring theory into practice.

And, preferably with ambitions to learn more in one of the following areas:

• Cloud Native
  • GitOPS
  • Kubernetes
  • Containers
• Programming (we generally use .NET, Java, Kotlin and Python)
• Algorithms
• High Performance Computing

This position is only open to HBO IT students looking for a 3rd or 4th year (graduation) internship.

R&D Labs
