Your Role and Responsibilities
As a data science intern, you will work in our Cognitive & Analytics practice to build a machine learning model to assist in human resource management. This can be either a working or graduate internship. This internship is part of our technical internship programme, which allows you to collaborate with interns across our services organisation in the Benelux.

Your responsibilities:

  • Build a machine learning model to assist in human resource management.
  • Prototype, make production-ready, integrate machine learning models in business processes and enable data-driven decision making.
  • Communicate results and ideas to key decision-makers using effective data visualization techniques.
