Batavierenrace 2023

Dear (sportive) members,

Are you also looking forward to better and sunnier weather in coming spring? What better way to start off spring by running the most fun relay race of them all, the Batavierenrace! In the weekend of the 28th till the 30th of April, we from GEWIS will once again travel to Nijmegen to run together a distance of 175km to Enschede, divided into 25 parts, running during the night, in the morning and in the afternoon.

This year there is the possibility, if we have enough members joining, that we're going with two teams, so make sure to subscribe soon to not only run with us but enjoy the biggest student party in Europe on Saturday! If there are not enough subscriptions we will join with one team. In case of too many subscriptions, there will be a draw.

We will sleep in our own tents on the campus of Twente University and every time a new team will go to their starting point to take over the responsibility of the prior team to run GEWIS to the finish. Hopefully, you're looking forward to this relay race just as much as we do (or even more of course)!
